If we experience a high volume of orders or require additional verification, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight/size.
Free shipping may be available for orders above a specific value (if applicable).

We ship across all major cities and pin codes in India through trusted courier partners.
3. International Shipping

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Shipping Charges
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and size of the package.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are included in your order total or shipping cost.
The customer is not responsible for paying any such extra charges during delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and courier partner link.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
5. Delivery Delays

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the order may return to us or get delayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
We ensure secure packaging for all orders.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/video of the package.
In case of lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
